Welcome to Fastvelle Systems Inc. These Operational Terms and Conditions govern your utilization of our global freight transportation, parcel tracking engines, warehousing nodes, and digital booking interfaces. By tendering cargo or utilizing our network, you agree to be bound by these provisions.
1. Scope of Services & Booking
Fastvelle provides intermodal freight forwarding, over-the-road trucking, ocean vessel coordination, and aviation logistics. All shipment bookings are subject to carrier equipment availability, accurate declaration of weight/dimensions by the shipper, and compliance with local and international regulatory protocols.
2. Rates, Billing & Payment
Quotations provided are based on current fuel indices, tariff schedules, and transit parameters valid at the time of issue. Invoicing terms are strictly net 30 days unless alternative corporate credit arrangements have been formally executed. Additional charges resulting from customs delays, detention, or re-consignment will be billed accordingly.
3. Liability & Cargo Claims
Carrier liability for loss or damage is governed by standard international conventions and bill of lading contracts. Any claims for cargo discrepancy or damage must be submitted in writing within 14 consecutive days of delivery. Force majeure events, including extreme meteorological conditions or sovereign port closures, exempt Duchl from standard transit time guarantees.
4. Governing Law & Compliance
These terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the commercial laws of the jurisdiction where Duchl Systems Inc. corporate headquarters resides. Inquiries or dispute escalations should be formally channeled through info@fastvelle.com.
